Job Description:

We are hiring a female candidate for the position of Customer Relations Executive. Your main job will be to call customers from the leads provided by the company, take their requirements, and ensure they are satisfied with our service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to customers to understand their needs and provide information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Keep records of customer conversations and feedback.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) based on customer requests.
• Use Excel to manage customer data and track calls.
• Work with the sales team to make sure customer needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates with an education background are preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Experience in customer calling is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
