You will be responsible for understanding the product/service details to effectively communicate with potential clients. This includes responding to inquiries from potential clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. It is important to maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve following up on initial contacts and building a pipeline of prospective leads. This requires completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database for future reference.
