Position : Customer Quality - Engineer

Exp : 3+ years

Location : Chennai-Oragadam

a) Providing technical support regarding product installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. b) Furnishing detailed product specification, technical documentation. c) Assisting to meet specific customer requirements. d) Collaborating with customers on product design modifications or adaptations. e) Addressing customer concerns related to product quality, defects, or performance issues. f) Managing warranty claims and ensuring prompt resolution in accordance with company policies. g) To ensure On time delivery and logistic support h) Customer complaint handling and resolution i) Engaging pro-actively for their needs and expectation for better customer retention.

Skill Required

a) Knowledge on core tools (FMEA, 8D,APQP,PPAP,SPC & MSA) b) Handling of Customer concern / complaint c) Well Experience in Inter/ Intra personal skills d)Well knowledge in QMS e) Well knowledge in Process & System audit
