This role is a deep technical position within the sales ecosystem, focusing on the positioning and adoption of Oracle's Cloud Technology Products. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Enterprise Digital Transformation projects and collaborate closely with Oracle's solutions in Cloud infrastructure, database consolidation, data strategy, data science & analytics initiatives, and emerging technologies. We are seeking professionals with a robust background in providing solutions to complex business challenges, particularly in digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in Cloud Architecture (IaaS & PaaS), Database, Information Security, Integration Technologies, and Cloud Native technologies is essential, with knowledge of specific Oracle technology product offerings considered advantageous. You will be tasked with offering presales technical and functional support to potential clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will serve as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, delivering high-quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Your responsibilities will also include presenting advanced product features and benefits, outlining product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions. Additionally, you will design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions, develop and manage reference sites, and foster high-quality technical client relationships. Responsibilities: - Provide support as a Solutions Architect for various customer opportunities and initiatives. - Identify optimal Oracle products and solutions for addressing business problems. - Architect solutions spanning the Oracle stack, collaborate with the broader Hub and Solution Engineering team, and develop Demos and PoCs to effectively showcase Oracle's value propositions. - Position Oracle's Strategy and Solutions as a key differentiator in the sales cycle. - Establish yourself as the solution expert for a designated solution area. - Collaborate with other pre-sales teams to drive business outcomes, enhance win rates, and improve customer propositions. - Engage with customers to translate their business requirements into suitable Oracle solutions. - Deliver presentations, customized demonstrations, seminars, workshops, and public events. - Contribute technical responses for invitations to tender (ITT), request for information (RFIs), and requests for proposal (RFP). - Stay updated on new products, market trends, future directions, and competition within the focus areas. - Maintain current knowledge of competitive solutions and winning strategies. - Develop product expertise continuously. - Educate and train the sales force on Oracle technologies and solutions. - Document and share lessons learned and best practices. - Adhere to all Oracle processes and procedures. Requirements: - Over 10 years of relevant experience in Cloud Infrastructure technologies. - Self-motivated, capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong grasp of IT market trends, with a drive to learn and tackle new challenges. - Creative, innovative, and analytical thinker who can translate complex business needs into valuable solutions. - Proficient in building relationships within Oracle, with partners, and key stakeholders in customers. - Effective planning, organizing, and meeting project deadlines. - Results-oriented individual with a commitment to quality. - Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions. - Energetic, driven, and positive with high personal motivation and commitment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus.,
