Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing. Profiling customers and providing financial products to meet their needs. Job MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is preferred. Minimum 11 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on wealth management and portfolio performance analysis. Possess strong knowledge of financial products, including Debt, Structures, Equities, MFs, Fund-based Real Estate, and other Investment products. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HNI clients. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial solutions to meet customer needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
