Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Operations Support Engineer at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for managing cases and resolutions related to incidents and problems, ensuring root cause analyses are determined and permanent resolutions are implemented. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Acting as a liaison between technical teams and customer care teams to provide feedback on customer issues and new feature development. - Optimizing customer experience by working collaboratively with the customer care team and continuously looking for ways to improve processes. - Leading engagement with Dealer support teams to address dealer concerns in a timely manner. - Establishing working relationships with the Brand and Product Planning teams to exchange key information related to customer issues and upcoming launches. - Engaging with the social media team regularly to stay up to date on customer feedback and update incidents and problems. - Supporting Business and Marketing teams on commercial aspects related to customers, including supporting privacy and legal teams. - Keeping track of all new vehicle and feature launches to keep the customer care team informed. - Checking the contact centre's ability to resolve connectivity complaints and identifying areas for improvement. - Managing time zone differences in the Japan market with respect to the India time zone. - Supporting dealer trainings from the connectivity perspective.
