Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Process customer orders efficiently using our POS system - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide order status updates, address inquiries, and offer support - Maintain records, invoices, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations - Coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams for seamless order processing - Assist in daily office operations and reporting to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team We are looking for individuals with the following skills: - Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic software handling - Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages - Prior experience in office administration or customer support roles would be advantageous - Ability to take responsibility, demonstrate trustworthiness, and be proactive in problem-solving If you are seeking a Full-Time position and are willing to work from our Surat office, please send your resume to risstoremedical@gmail.com.
