Job Description

As a customer support representative at our Surat office, your main responsibility will be processing customer orders through our POS system. You will also be handling inbound and outbound customer calls to address order status, inquiries, and provide support. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining records, invoices, and conducting follow-ups as needed. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams will be crucial, along with assisting in daily office operations and reporting. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with a strong grasp of computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic software handling. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati are essential. Previous experience in office, administrative, or customer support roles would be advantageous. We value qualities such as responsibility, trustworthiness, and proactive approach in our team members. This is a full-time position based in our Surat office.
