Job Description

As a Customer Growth Representative, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the onboarding process, encouraging product adoption, and assisting in expanding their usage of our products. Additionally, you will be tasked with troubleshooting issues and directing them to the appropriate teams for resolution. Your daily activities will involve engaging with customers through inbound and outbound interactions, focusing on new sales, renewals, and expansion opportunities. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Sales and Channel Management skills. While not mandatory, any experience with CRM software would be considered beneficial. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. A 15-year full-time education background is required to be eligible for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Independently perform tasks and strive to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate in team discussions and contribute valuable insights. - Assist in solving work-related problems by providing innovative solutions. - Proactively engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and offer tailored solutions. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to address customer inquiries effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their journey. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to customers. - Regularly update customer records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Professional Skills: - Proficiency in Sales and Channel Management is a must. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies would be an added advantage. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
