This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Essential Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales support department , providing guidance, training, and support. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline sales support operations. Draft, review, and manage sales agreements and contracts. Coordinate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide necessary support. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights into sales trends and the effectiveness of current strategies. Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely solutions and an excellent customer experience. Documentation Management: Maintain detailed, organized records of sales processes, customer interactions, and all related communications to ensure easy access and accuracy. Technical & Contractual Expertise: The candidate should demonstrate a sharp understanding of the technical and contractual aspects related to the role. Tech Savvy: A strong grasp of technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience with a similar experience in Engineering services / CAD software sales. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in sales support or a related area. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools. Experience with Hubspot and workflow management. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
