Your key responsibilities
- Within Customer and Growth, youll work as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience.
- Design and deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Miro to map customer journeys, develop personas, and visualize user flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock ups to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalable and cohesive digital products.
- Analyse user data and behaviour to inform design decisions and optimize customer journeys.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design deliverables.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure accessibility and responsiveness across platforms.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, must be able to effectively prioritize projects - align with team s aspirations.

To qualify for the role, you must have.

Education
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Design or related field. -
Experience
3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in consulting or digital transformation projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
