**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Customer Care Executive at Rentokil PCI, you will be responsible for contact management to strengthen customer relationships, which is crucial for retention. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders as part of a multi-functional team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set targets for renewals based on the monthly portfolio - Support branches for retention, renewals, and increase branch revenue through price increase and up-selling - Manage complaints by identifying and resolving them within specific timelines - Identify alert customers and explore opportunities for account revival - Provide recommendations and suggestions for branch improvement - Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts - Analyze data to identify challenging areas and improve month-on-month performance - Share monthly dashboard with analysis and recommendations **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation **Additional Details:** Rentokil PCI, a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil, aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 300 locations in India.
