Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries

  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed

  • Maintain records of customer interactions

  • Deliver excellent service with patience and empathy

Key Skills Required:

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks

  • Familiarity with desktop/computer systems

  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational offs
