We are looking to hire a Customer Engagement Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing customer communication across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS platforms. The candidate should have a good understanding of campaign planning, segmentation, content coordination, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions.
