Job Title: Presales Solution Area Specialist Modern Workplace (MWP) Location: Noida (Work from Office) Market: B2B India Region Reporting to: Presales Manager – Cloud & Security Solutions Role Type: Individual Contributor Experience Required: 4–7 Years (Relevant: 3–5 Years in MWP Presales) Job Purpose To support the sales team in driving Modern Workplace (MWP) solution adoption by delivering presales expertise, customer demos, solution design, and consultative engagement, ensuring customers maximize value from 365 and related offerings. Key Responsibilities Solution Presales & Technical Expertise Engage with customers to understand business needs and map them with MWP solutions (M365, Office 365, Teams, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Purview, etc.). Deliver compelling product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and workshops to CXOs, ITDMs, and BDMs. Design tailored MWP solution architectures and deployment roadmaps aligned to customer requirements. Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, create value propositions, and influence customer decisions. Opportunity Management Respond to RFPs/RFIs with solution designs, technical documentation, and compliance mappings. Build and articulate business cases, ROI, and TCO justifications for MWP adoption. Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to technical delivery/implementation teams post-closure. Work closely with MS Partner teams and internal stakeholders to drive customer success. Thought Leadership & Enablement Stay updated with Modern Workplace product roadmap and industry trends. Deliver webinars, customer sessions, and enablement programs to evangelize MWP. Support account teams in positioning licensing options, compliance, and migration benefits. Job Requirements Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT/CS/Electronics or related fields. Must-Have Skills: 4–7 years of presales/solution consulting experience in MWP domain. Strong expertise in M 365, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Defender . Proven track record in customer presentations, demos, and consultative solutioning. Strong understanding of licensing, deployment models, and compliance. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Certifications (MS-900, MS-100, MS-101, SC-900, or equivalent). Exposure to Azure AD and hybrid workplace scenarios. Experience collaborating with Partner ecosystem. Language Proficiency: English (mandatory), additional Indian languages a plus. Behavioral Competencies Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving approach. Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
