Customer Delight/ Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive to assist walk-in customers in the store. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, offering product guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and provide the right product or service guidance.
• Assist customers with product information, availability, and features.
• Maintain a polite, positive, and friendly approach during all face-to-face interactions.
• Ensure customers feel supported, valued, and satisfied throughout their visit.
• Guide customers to the right sections or staff members when needed.
• Handle basic queries related to products, pricing, and store policies.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team to support customer requirements.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangement, and a welcoming environment.
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve store experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th pass or above.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to understand customer needs and assist politely.
• Basic product knowledge (training will be provided).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and patient with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
