Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Contact Comms Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions within SLAs. Your role will involve interactions with customers across various channels such as email, chat, phone, and face to face. Your primary focus will be on customer communications and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems related to customer communications - Interact with peers within Accenture for updates before reporting to supervisors - Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Receive moderate level instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments - Make decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others - Individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 3 to 5 years of experience - Strong commitment to quality - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptability and flexibility - Ability to meet deadlines - Team player - Experience in the Travel and Hospitality/Hotel industry is a plus Note: This role may involve working in rotational shifts.
