Customer Communication Officer (CCO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, articulate, and pleasant Customer Communication Officer to share and promote Karauli Diagnostics' premium healthcare packages among elite families, business owners, and high-influence social personas in Varanasi.

You will serve as the face of Karauli Diagnostics in this exclusive segment, ensuring seamless communication, relationship building, and personalized guidance for preventive health check-ups and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with high-net-worth individuals, business families, and social influencers to explain Karauli's premium preventive healthcare packages.
- Handle direct interactions, phone calls, and curated presentations with a professional approach.
-Organize high-tea interactions, in-clinic meets, and curated health awareness discussions with target families.
- Build long-term trust and relationship with clients for regular wellness engagements.
-Follow up systematically with prospects to convert interest into enrolments.
- Coordinate with the Karauli team to ensure smooth onboarding and post-service follow-up.-Maintain records of communications and feedback for continuous improvement.-Be a brand ambassador reflecting Karauli's ethos of care, ethics, and excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
- Excellent spoken and written English.- Pleasant personality, confident communication, and refined etiquette.- Ability to handle elite clientele with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
