Job Description

Diffrun needs a customer communication executive to establish its presence loud and wide as well as to help its clients do the same wherever required. The salary would entirely be based on the candidates experience and skill level in social media management and content writing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for Diffrun.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content in line with the Brands content.
  • Answer customer queries on email and provide resolutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cusomter communications best practices and technologies.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
