Job Description:
You will handle customer conversations through chat and email. Your main goal is to solve their queries and make them happy with your support.

Key Tasks:

• Communicate with customers online
• Answer product or service questions
• Handle issues quickly and correctly
• Maintain a good tone and attitude while chatting

Eligibility:

• 12th pass or higher
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
• Strong written English and typing speed
• Must be ready for night and rotational shifts

Pay Range: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 per month (CTC)
