📣 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executives (Voice & Non-Voice)📍 Location: Lucknow | Work from Office Only 🔹 Position Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support roles. Based on your communication and skills, you'll be placed in the most suitable process. 🔹 Who Can Apply:Education: Undergraduate / Graduate Age Limit: 18 to 35 years Excellent spoken English is mandatory Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs Must be ready for immediate joining 🔹 Job Highlights:5-Day Work Week with 2 rotational week offs Rotational Shifts (24x7) including day & night shifts 9.5 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break) No planned leaves for the first 3 months (apart from weekly offs) 3 months of paid training followed by an internal certification round 🔹 Compensation Package:💼 Domestic Process: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 CTC 🌍 International (Non-Voice): Up to ₹26,000 CTC (incl. performance incentives) ☎️ International (Voice): Up to ₹28,000 CTC (incl. performance incentives) 🔹 Selection Process:HR Screening Operational Interview Online Assessment 🚨 Please Note:Immediate joiners will be given preference Strong English communication is essential 📲 Ready to start your BPO journey?
