In this role, you will manage customer queries and deliver exceptional support to ensure high satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle concerns professionally, maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer queries. Efficiently resolve customer issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and high-quality service. Update customer records and process requests promptly. Work closely with internal teams to manage escalations and ensure seamless service delivery. Offer solutions: Suggest suitable products or services based on customer needs to drive sales and improve customer experience. Escalate unresolved issues: When necessary, escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team member. Maintain a positive tone: Build rapport with customers by providing a friendly, positive, and professional experience during each interaction. Required Skills: Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Proficiency in both Hindi & English to interact effectively with customers. Problem-Solving Abilities: A customer-centric approach to resolving concerns and providing solutions. High Call Volume Management: Comfortable working in an environment with high inbound call volumes. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately update records and process requests without error. Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and customers efficiently. Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing processes or customer needs. Conflict Resolution: Skilled in managing difficult situations and de-escalating tense customer interactions. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely resolution of tasks and calls.
