Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls and support our clients with queries, feedback, and information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Coordinate with internal departments for order updates or issue resolution
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly
• Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback or repeat business
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a polite and positive attitude during all interactions

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
• Ability to handle calls and customer queries confidently
• Well-mannered, polite, and patient

Eligibility:

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Should be comfortable working at Chandni Chowk location
• Prior experience in customer care or telecalling is a plus

Days: (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
