We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Care Executive in our Outbound Voice Process for Maruti Suzuki Insurance and Maruti Suzuki Motors.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary Package

For 1 year experience candidates

20000 CTC

In-hand 15700/- in-hand every month

Quaterly 19000/- in-hand with bonus.

18000/- ctc for freshers

In-hand 14090/- every month

17300/- quaterly with bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding Maruti Suzuki insurance and related services.

Explain product details, renewals, and offers in a clear and professional manner.

Handle customer queries efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.

Achieve assigned targets and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Basic computer knowledge

Education: Graduate (mandatory)

Shift Timing (Training): 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Shift Timing (Post Training): Rotational Morning Shifts

Location - 2nd Floor, Minal Complex, JK Rd, Minal Residency, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462023

Week Off: 1 Rotational Off per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
