Job Description

Role & responsibilities Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and requests. Customer Assistance: Provide helpful information, answer questions, and guide customers through various processes. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Airtel Payment Bank services. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document any relevant details. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Airtel Payment Bank products, services, and policies. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and share insights with relevant teams. Training: Assist in training new Customer Support Representatives. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of BPO customer service practices. Qualification: Graduation required. Proficiency in English (Versant levels 5). Fresher/Experience of at least 6 months in a BPO role with documented performance. Ability to work from the office.
