We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers and Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team and help us enhance customer satisfaction and sales support. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and assist with orders. Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat related to product inquiries, orders, payments, returns, etc. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and customer satisfaction KPIs. Requirements: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role (Freshers may apply). Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, CRM tools). Friendly, patient, and persuasive personality.
