Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and ensuring resolution through effective follow-up. Your main focus will be on dealing with customer issues and delivering easy-to-follow solutions. This full-time, fresher position is open to candidates from PAN India. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions - Follow up with customers to ensure complaint resolution - Effectively deal with customer issues and provide easy-to-follow solutions Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate/Graduate - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal The company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule may include night shifts and rotational shifts. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Secondary (12th pass) education qualification. Prior experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, while English language skills are required. Please note that the work location is in person in Jaipur, and the salary offered can go up to 37K CTC.,
