We are looking for a Sales Executive/Customer care executive with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, converting leads, engaging with potential clients, and clearly explaining our services. Salary: 20000 - 30000 Inhand Shift : 12PM to 9PM Workdays: 6 working days Experience : 2+ years in sales Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. 2. Explain company services clearly and effectively to prospects. 3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. 4. Convert leads into confirmed business through active engagement. 5. Build and maintain strong client relationships. 6. Maintain records of calls and lead status on Excel Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language is a plus). 2. Prior experience in telesales or client interaction is preferred. 3. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. 4. Comfortable in outbound calling and handling objections. 5. Ability to work independently.
