Job Title: Executive – Customer Success Location: Kolkata (Bhabanipur) Experience: 1–3 years Department: Customer Experience / Sales Support Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Executive – Customer Success to manage post-sales client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building long-term customer loyalty and providing top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers post-purchase. Address customer queries, concerns, or escalations and ensure prompt resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations. Monitor order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and service quality. Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose actionable insights. Maintain updated CRM records and prepare customer feedback reports for internal stakeholders. Ensure all customer interactions are in line with brand values and service standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Account Management. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client-facing interactions confidently.
