Customer Care Executive (Female only)

Support Executive – E-Commerce / Customer Support

We are looking for a Support Executive to handle customer queries, order issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, calls, WhatsApp, and chat
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, payments, and deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketplace teams for issue resolution
• Maintain support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Help improve customer satisfaction and reduce escalations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or e-commerce operations
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases at once
• Proficiency with Excel, Gmail
• Ability to prepare basic reports (orders, returns, cancellations)
• Understanding of logistics & order tracking

Location: Lower Parel

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
