Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, billing queries, and complaints.
  • Record and track customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, accounts, etc.) to address customer needs.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
