Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.

Is able to find vendors for exhibitions

Is able to find out new shows for doing exhibtions
