Customer Care Executive Department: Customer Service Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office) Shift: Day Shift Weekly Off: Rotational Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Understand and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication. Record customer interactions and follow up as needed. Follow internal processes and escalate complex issues appropriately.
