An HVAC CRM Executive manages customer relationships and interactions, ensuring satisfaction and supporting sales and service teams. They handle customer inquiries, maintain records in the CRM system, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in CRM software. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication.
  • Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • CRM System Management:Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
