Job Opening for Customer Care role at Wockhardt Hospitals Miraroad Must be comfortable for all rotational shifts Must be fluent in English communication Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills Required Education: - Graduate/Post graduate in any field - Basic course in computers is desirable. Experience - 0 to 3 years preferably hospital industry - Good interpersonal skills - Good communication skills - Should demonstrate leadership qualities - Good Analytical & Mathematical Skills - People-oriented, flexible and adaptable Job Summary - Receive visitors or patients, ascertain their needs, direct them accordingly, answer the telephone, handle receipt and dispatch of reports and couriers and perform related clerical duties according to the department to which assigned. - They must adhere to customer care guidelines and assure quality care. Principal Responsibilities - Receiving Calls - Giving Information - Transferring Calls to the required department - Making outbound calls - Taking Messages - To think independently and exercise ones own judgment in determining actions during emergencies and challenging situations. For E.g. If a patient refuses to pay his/her bill, they should know how to handle him or her. - To work with the hospital information system and other information technology resources and software as may be assigned on a periodic basis from time to time as per attached appendix. Customer Service - To give accurate and tactful explanations to visitors, patients and hospitals employees and in recording exact information for messages. - To exercise high degree of tact and poise and occasionally overcoming language barriers. - To understand and apply knowledge of medical terminology. - To understand pertinent details in tabular form and avoid perceptual errors in arithmetic computation.
