The primary responsibility is to report, analyze and provide insights on Customer Experience at Lowe s across selling channels, customer segments and product categories. The individual will apply analytical methods to combine internal and external data and analyze trends in Customer Experience Metrics and the factors that play a key role driving improvement in those metrics. JD - Senior Data Scientist (Campaign Analytics) - Mumbai based NBFC Experience - 4-8 Years 5 Days work from Office Mandatory Skills - BFSI relevant exp (banking and NBFCs only) Role & responsibilities Campaign Analytics & Modelling Develop and maintain models to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, paid media, etc.). Campaign Optimization: Design experiments, A/B testing frameworks to measure and optimize campaign performance. Provide actionable recommendations for improving marketing strategies and enhancing customer engagement. Digital Journey Analytics: Analyse the entire customer journey across digital touchpoints (website, mobile apps, social media, email, etc.) to understand user behaviour, identify pain points, and discover opportunities for optimization. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and circulate MIS reports, dashboards Stakeholder Engagement: Co-ordinate with business, product, campaign teams for efficient usage of analytical models, their tracking & effectiveness Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in analytics and modeling. Lead by example in promoting a data-driven culture within the organization. Preferred candidate profile Experience in campaign and performance marketing analytics, preferably in lending / BFSI organizations Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL & cloud environments Model building experience with proficiency in statistical concepts regression, trees, SVMs, clustering, market mix modelling, A/B testing Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization in digital marketing, digital journey funnels Ability to continuously identify opportunity areas to improve funnels, marketing campaign performance through analytics Experience in reporting, visualization & optimization of campaigns & digital journeys Internal and external stakeholder management.
