Job Description

As a Customer Advocate Senior Associate at Google Operations Center, you will be responsible for delivering support to customers, ensuring metrics achievement, and directly contributing to client satisfaction on service delivery. You will perform call/chat/email support in alignment with defined processes and procedures, striving to deliver the best skills and expertise in Operations. Working closely with Team Leads, you will identify process shortcomings and implement improvements to enhance service quality. Building positive relations and fostering teamwork will be key aspects of your role. **Position Responsibilities:** - Performing call/chat/email support to customers following defined processes - Ensuring delivery of top-notch skills and expertise in Operations - Collaborating with Team Leads to address process shortcomings - Identifying and implementing process improvements - Building positive relations and fostering teamwork **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Excellent verbal and written English language skills - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in BPO/captive service organizations - Experience in a process-driven environment - Prior experience with GMB (preferable) - Knowledge of International call/chat/email handling and evaluation skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel - Willingness to work on shifting schedules to support global locations - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively against deadlines At Google Operations Center, you will be supported with competitive wages and comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
