· Graduate / 2 yr Diploma · Sales and Marketing qualification would be added advantage · Fresher : Person possessing the above qualification / skill and have aptitude & orientation for Sales career · Laterals : At least 1 year of relevant direct sales experience in industries like Auto, Consumer durables, financial services etc. Preference to be given to candidates having sales experience, which demands a rigorous time, bound sales process involving various levers 4 W driving license (Candidates applying for the position of Customer Advisor, does not possess DL at the time of interview but satisfies other CTQ parameters, he/she can be on boarded only if he/she gives an undertaking of obtaining a DL within 3 months of joining failing which he would be liable for termination).
