About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to leads interested in purchasing or renting luxury restroom trailers across the U.S. 2. Learn and understand the technical specifications, features, and options available for various trailer models. 3. Engage in informed discussions with prospects, answering basic technical and usage queries confidently. 4. Qualify leads based on client criteria and pass high-intent leads to the internal sales team. 5. Maintain accurate logs of calls, lead status, and customer information using CRM tools. 6. Follow up with potential customers as needed to move them along the sales funnel. 7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth lead transitions. 8. Adhere to call quality standards, performance targets, and daily KPIs. Requirements: Experience: 0-1 years in U.S. voice processes Skills: 1. Must have a U.S. accent with excellent spoken English. 2. Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications. 3. Strong communication and active listening skills. 4.
