As a Full Stack WordPress Developer at our company, your role will involve building performance-optimized custom themes and plugins without relying on page builders or heavy third-party tools. Key responsibilities include: - Strong experience in custom WordPress theme development, with a preference for Gutenberg over visual builders like Elementor - Advanced understanding and use of WordPress hooks (Actions & Filters) - Writing clean, standards-compliant code following the latest WordPress coding practices - Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix performance optimization - Proficiency in Git workflow and version control - Full stack proficiency in both frontend and backend development - Development of at least 10-15 custom WordPress plugins - Experience working with WordPress VIP is a plus Qualifications required for this role: - Years of experience in WordPress development - Current company details - Coding platforms you are familiar with We are not looking for developers who heavily rely on low-code tools, Elementor, or other visual builders, as well as those who depend on third-party themes and plugins for most of their work.
