About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
, Roles & Responsibilities- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Having knowledge in End-to-end implementation in PP and QM (Minimum 3).

Have worked in S4HANA and in agile technology - Knowlege of configuration and ability to translate Business Requirements to Technical requirement (AS IS to BE) - Having knowledge of Interfaces, worked on E2E interfaces with middleware and MES (worked on mapping sheet as well) - Strong communication skills and able to interact with Business - Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure effective implementation of the configuration management plan.

Collaborate with the Configuration Lead to design software configuration and customization.

Assist in meeting business process design and application requirements.

Support in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in software development processes. Professional & Technical
Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries & SAP Quality Management (QM).

Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.

Experience in designing software configuration and customization.

Knowledge of business process design and application requirements.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
Additional Information- The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries & Quality Management.

The location is flexible.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
