Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications. You will collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth integration and deployment of software solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the project. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance configuration processes.

Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records for future reference.

Skills:

Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices.

Experience with software customization and integration techniques.

Familiarity with version control systems and tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
