About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and guidance to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Proficiency in DevOps.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.

Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
