Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
