Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.

Expected to be an SME.Collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.Design & Implement CI/CD Pipelines:Develop, manage, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.Automate Infrastructure Management:Automate and streamline infrastructure management tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.Monitor & Optimize Systems:Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system uptime and efficiency.Collaborate with Development Teams:Work closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications and efficient infrastructure solutions.Ensure System Security & Compliance:Implement security best practices, ensuring systems are secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Manage Cloud Environments:Configure, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Support Development Environments:Provide support to developers in maintaining their local and cloud environments, ensuring they are set up correctly and function as intended.Evaluate & Implement New Tools:Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation strategies to improve the DevOps process and enhance system performance.Collaborate on Infrastructure Design:Partner with architects and other technical teams to design scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure solutions that meet the business needs.Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery:Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring the resilience and high availability of critical systems and services."
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.A 15 years full time education is required.
