About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.

Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration processes and data management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
