Job Description Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of export operations , including shipment planning, logistics, and customs clearance. Review and approve Export Checklists , Bill of Lading (BL) Drafts , and Air Waybill (AWB) Drafts . Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation in compliance with international trade laws and client requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export/import laws , regulations , and documentation procedures. Handle Advance License-related activities including application, registration at port, documentation, export obligations, norms fixation, and license & bond closure. Assist with basic import processes , including import documentation and coordination. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution. Communicate effectively with international clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries and provide updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in export operations and documentation (3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of international trade compliance , customs regulations, and logistics. Familiarity with Advance License schemes and related compliance requirements. Basic understanding of import procedures and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office tools and ERP systems related to logistics and documentation
