This person will manage data pipelines, apply AI/ML models, perform healthcare research, and build a small but high-performing analytics team. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the data and analytics roadmap. Design and manage health data pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs. Apply ML/NLP for patient behavior prediction and analytics automation. Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies. Collaborate across teams and present insights to CXOs. Mentor a data analytics team ensuring accuracy and impact.
