Job Description: We are looking for a creative and passionate Furniture Designer who will focus exclusively on designing sofas and couches that stand out in both style and comfort. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, unique concepts, and a deep understanding of design trends to create sofa collections that reflect innovation and authenticity. You’ll be working closely with our design and production teams to turn concepts into real, market-ready products that enhance our brand’s visual identity. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative, stylish, and functional sofas/couches for various collections. Create 2D/3D design models, sketches, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3DS Max. Research market trends, materials, and design inspirations to develop unique sofa designs that stand apart. Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility, comfort, and manufacturability. Present new design ideas and prototypes to the leadership and marketing team. Continuously explore new fabrics, color palettes, patterns, and structural designs. Ensure that each design reflects Custom Couch’s quality, comfort, and premium aesthetics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Rhino, or similar. Strong creative vision with an eye for proportions, materials, and details. Passion for furniture design — especially sofas and modular seating. Ability to translate creative ideas into practical and production-ready designs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
