As a People Management professional in this role based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations for the factory. Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound logistics for Pan India and neighboring countries business operations, handling Demand Plan, P2P, Bonded warehousing operations, and custom clearances. You will also be in charge of managing relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders, ensuring operations are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing effective Supply Chain processes, driving productivity enhancements, and promoting digitalization in the logistics processes. Additionally, part of your role will involve attracting, engaging, and developing talent within the various logistics teams. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a solid background with 12-15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Previous experience in managing teams at a national level is highly desirable. Knowledge of Healthcare medical equipment and systems will be considered beneficial for this position.
